STEVE'S ICE CREAM
Happy Friday (recipe inside)

In honor of the weekend, here is a delicious sundae recipe you can make at home!

Steve’s Mexican Chili Sundae

Ingredients:

  • Steve’s Mexican Chili Chocolate (or spicy chocolate ice cream)
  • Your favorite Hot Fudge
  • Spiced Pepitas (Recipe Below)
  • Homemade Whipped Cream

Spiced Pepitas!

Pepitas are simply a spanish culinary term for the inside portion of the pumpkin seed! All the great flavor without the hassle of removing the outer shell.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Cup Pepitas (raw hulled pumpkin seeds)
  • ½ tsp  ground pepper, cayenne, cumin, chili powder & salt
  • 1 ½ tsp lime juice

Steps:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
  2. Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Pour onto a baking sheet and cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.

Enjoy! Leftovers can be added to soups, granola, or eaten alone as a snack.
