Happy Friday (recipe inside)
In honor of the weekend, here is a delicious sundae recipe you can make at home!

Steve’s Mexican Chili Sundae
Ingredients:
- Steve’s Mexican Chili Chocolate (or spicy chocolate ice cream)
- Your favorite Hot Fudge
- Spiced Pepitas (Recipe Below)
- Homemade Whipped Cream
Spiced Pepitas!
Pepitas are simply a spanish culinary term for the inside portion of the pumpkin seed! All the great flavor without the hassle of removing the outer shell.
What you’ll need:
- 1 Cup Pepitas (raw hulled pumpkin seeds)
- ½ tsp ground pepper, cayenne, cumin, chili powder & salt
- 1 ½ tsp lime juice
Steps:
- Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
- Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour onto a baking sheet and cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
Enjoy! Leftovers can be added to soups, granola, or eaten alone as a snack.
